PEER SUPPORT
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Drawing on experience across 12+ years in government, health and welfare policy and design research, we offer mentorship for leaders and practitioners. Sessions are designed for sense-making, resourcing, and navigating complexity.
We offer a confidential space for reflective practise and debriefing. Whether you are seeking leadership strategy, professional development or coaching, peer support is an opportunity to expand your toolkit and safely experiment with critical thinking.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Peer support begins with a discovery session — we’ll discuss the number and cadence of sessions to suit your context. We offer resources and tools to suit your scope of practise, and the opportunity to connect with other experienced practitioners in our network.
Our knowledge and experience covers the Australian Public Service (APS) Integrated Leadership System (ILS), lived experience consultation, health and welfare policy, design research, participatory practise and community engagement.
