HOW DOES IT WORK?

We’re social wellbeing experts, paving pathways for meaningful working relationships. We design experiences to fit the brief and the outcome, whether you’re looking for one-off or consecutive sessions.

Sustaining healthy group culture requires compassion, inclusivity and belonging, but these skills don’t come naturally—it takes practise. It relates to questioning power and privilege, diversifying leadership, and taking time for innovation.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Our group work sessions begin with a design consult and proposal. When you’re ready to invite us into your community or working group, we come on board for an agreed timeframe to offer support, facilitation and strategic guidance.

Our scope of practise includes experience design, organisational psychology, trauma-informed facilitation and participatory methods. We understand there are many ways of working, and actively prioritise accessible and inclusive approaches — this includes our commitment to unlearning, relearning and trying to decolonise ways of being.
